KCN Vietnam was established to meet the increasing demand for premium industrial properties for lease. As a local developer, KCN Vietnam aims to provide professionally designed, built and managed developments for the industrial sector, thereby contributing to the country’s attractiveness for FDI.
We initially acquired approximately 250 hectares in our land bank with an investment of over US$300 million. In the coming years, it is our intent to expand our portfolio with the aim of becoming one of the leading local industrial real estate platforms. Starting from 2,000 sqm, our ready-built warehouses (RBWs) are designed to suit your storing needs, with tall clear height and strategic loading docks. BUILD-TO-SUIT FACILITIES
We offer built-to-suit (BTS) options to investors who are looking for something more tailored made. We take into consideration your business models, timing and cost.
